1. Introduction
Welcome to Heritage Ontario Renovations (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related communications. By accessing or using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Heritage Ontario Renovations provides general contracting and construction services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. All project timelines, costs, and deliverables are outlined in the individual contracts signed with clients.
3. Quotations and Agreements
All estimates or quotations provided by Heritage Ontario Renovations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A signed contract and/or deposit are required before work begins. Any changes to the project scope after the agreement will result in a revised quote or change order.
4. Payments and Invoices
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in the contract. Late payments may incur interest or result in the suspension of work until payment is received. Ownership of materials and completed work remains with Heritage Ontario Renovations until full payment is made.
5. Project Timelines
While we strive to meet all agreed timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, supply chain issues, or third-party factors may impact delivery schedules. We will promptly communicate any changes to the client.
6. Liability
Heritage Ontario Renovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the contract between the client and Heritage Ontario Renovations.
7. Warranties
Workmanship warranties are provided in accordance with the specific contract. Materials and products may carry manufacturer warranties, which will be passed to the client where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and images on this website are the property of Heritage Ontario Renovations. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy it within 10 business days of notification.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
